14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through winph44's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
